Where are we and where are we going?  With a lab unaware of where it is going, people unsure of their futures,  when will the market settle down enough to re-energize itself.  Rates are at almost historic lows, unemployment remains low and stable, salaries are still among the highest in the country, yet our market remains slugish and unresponsive.  Sellers are struggling to sell and buyers are stepping away from great values.  What is it going to take to jump start our market?
